It's time for spring cleaning of the greenhouse. Algae, dirt and vermin must be removed with an effective yet eco-friendly greenhouse cleaner - such as the one offered by Juliana.

Exotic plants such as peach and apricot begins to blossom, and it is time to pollinate the flowers. A soft brush is transferred from flower to flower.

Start slowly with watering and fertilizer. Radishes and lettuce may be sown. In case you would like tomatoes, peppers and summer flowers, the seeds are planted at this point.
greenhouse plants are sown in April stillYou may still sow vegetables, and it is time to sow cucumbers if the soil temperature is above 18 degrees. If your strawberries are blooming, they should be pollinated. Summer flowers are sown still, and as they germinate and grow on, they are potted. They must be placed in the light and cared for with watering and fertilizer.

Wine flower clusters appear. Summer pruning is to pinch all the sprouts leaving only one or two leaves for each fruit bunch.
Measuring soil temperature in the greenhouseWith a soil thermometer, soil temperature can be measured, and when it's 18 degrees it is time to plant cucumber and tomato plants. Tomatoes planted in late April are likely to shoot a lot of side shoots which should be removed. For good pollination you should shake tomato plants every day. The same applies to the vine that is flourishing.

Proper ventilation is important as temperatures easily surpass 30 degrees. Automatic window openeners - such as the models offered by Juliana - is a very handy solution. Frost may still occur, which can damage the plants. If this is the case make sure to have a thermostatically controlled heater nearby.
Water your greenhouse plants well in JuneNow that the greenhouse full of plants, there is a need for water. Automatic watering is a good option.

Cucumber plants quickly develop the first fruits on main stem. The fruits are harvested when they are about 25 cm long. It is on the side branches that the long cucumbers should be harvested.

Grapes are the size of peas. Carry out a thinning of the fruit, where about half the grapes are removed.
In Juli early tomatoes are harvested and prunedIt is a pleasure to visit the greenhouse, preferably several times a day. There is a whiff of exuberance.

The first tomatoes can be harvested. Make sure that the sun does not shine on the fruit, so get the green shield. It may be necessary to setup shades or lubricate the greenhouse with shade-paste.

It is necessary to prune all the plants. Watch for spider mites, spray with insecticidal soap.
Peaches can be harvested in AugustIt's nice to reap the different vegetables in the greenhouse. Since the plants are still growing, it is important to constantly prune them. Be aware of mold by providing constant ventilation in the greenhouse.

As the peaches are harvested, cut the branches that have borne fruit. On new shoots appearing during summertime you will get new flowers and fruits next year.
It is still possible to harvest eggplants during septemberIt is important to escape from, otherwise it can become very damp in the house which may cause many fungal diseases.

It is still possible to harvest eggplants and peppers. If they have lice, then rinse with water. You can put flower bulbs in pots to get them to germinate over the winter.

A thermostatically controlled heater a good idea if there is any risk of frost. In greenhouses with polycarbonate you will have plenty of tomatoes and cucumbers to harvest still.

Also remember to put a post up in the middle of the greenhouse, to support the ridge in case of heavy snow.
