Guide: Setup Your Greenhouse

Some of the things you needTo assemble and install a greenhouse is a 'do-it-yourself' job. Alternatively, you may choose to hire a professional to do the job.

Setting up a 'normal' hobby greenhouse normally requires 2-3 days to the job done (if you do it yourself) - and you have to schedule the tasks involved realistically. Eg. ensure to cast the base onto a completely flat surface and wait for the cement to dry before you mount the house itself.

In this section we have compiled a visual guide as an aid to how you mount your new Juliana greenhouse. Your approach must always be based on the assembly instructions supplied with the house. Complement the instructions with this guide and you'll be well on your way.

The guide is based on these 3 phases of the installation process:

1. Establising the greenhouse base
2. Greenhouse profile assembly
3. Installation of glass or polycarbonate

The wizard uses the Juliana Premium as a model starting point, but the principles are the same for almost all greenhouses. We have also prepared a separate guide for the Juliana Mini greenhouse, since the approach for this model is a bit different.
