Mounting a window |

Page 12 of the assembly instruction details how to mount a window into the greenhouse. You will need the following: - 1 x vent head no. 70 - 2 x vent side no. 71 - 1 x vent sill no. 72 - 1 x vent stay no. 74 - 4 x screw no. 77 (3,5 x 25) - 4 x screw no. 82 - 1 x vent trimmer no. 75 - 1 x holder for vent stay no. 76 - 2 x lintel support bracket no. 92 - 4 x nuts and bolts no. 79 and 78 - 2 x parts for window no. 73 - 1 x polycarbonate sheet P |

Position all of the parts on the floor ready to fix them together. |
Each of the polycarbonate sheets is covered with a protective film to indicate which side outwards. It is important that you mount them the correct way round as only one side is UV-protected. |

|
Fix vent head no. 70 to vent side no. 71 using screw no. 77. |
Grease screw no. 77 to make assembly easier. |

|
|
Push polycarbonate sheet P firmly into parts no. 70 and 71. |
Attach the other vent side no. 71 using screw no. 77. |
|
|
|
|
Push vent sill no. 72 onto the vent side profiles no. 71 whilst holding the polycarbonate sheet tightly. |
Ensure that you push the profiles together firmly. |

|
Fix the vent sill in place with screw no. 77. |
The window is now assembled. |

|
| Attach the vent stay no. 74 onto the vent sill using the two small holes. | The vent stay is mounted using two screw no. 82. |
|
|
|
| You have now assembled a window with a vent stay. | Slot two bolts no. 78 into the vent trimmer no. 75 attach the catch for the vent stay no. 76. |

|
|
| Fit the catch for the vent stay no. 76 onto the vent trimmer no. 75 using the nuts and bolts no. 79 and 78. | Now you can mount the window and vent trimmer into your greenhouse. |

|
| Attach bolt no. 78 and nut no. 79 to each side of the vent trimmer no. 75. | Push the vent trimmer down onto the polycarbonate sheet R in the roof. |

|
|
| Fit the vent trimmer into the frame between the roof glazing bar no. 51 and the gable bar no. 15. | Mount the vent trimmer using the lintel support bracket no. 92. |

| Now the vent trimmer is mounted, you are ready to mount the window into the greenhouse. | Now slide the window onto the ridge bar from the side. This is made easier if you grease the vent head. |

| Slide the vent head no. 70 onto the ridge bar no. 50. | Mount the plastic fitting no. 73 with screw no. 82 and push into the ridge bar no. 50. |

|
|
| Mount the plastic fitting no. 73 with screw no. 82 and push into the ridge bar no. 50. | Attach the plastic fitting no. 73 to either side of the window to hold it in place. Now the window is mounted and ready for use. |
