Fixing the front to the gables and mounting the roof

	Page 11 details how to fix the front to the gables and then mount the roof. You will need the following: - 2 x gables - 1 x front - 1 x ridge bar no. 50 (wall) - 1 x roof glazing bar no. 51 - 11 x nuts and bolts no. 79 and 78 - 1 x polycarbonate sheet N - 1 x polycarbonate sheet R

Add bolt no. 78 with nut no. 79 i corner post no. 14 and gable bar no. 15. They will be used to fit the gutter to the gables.	Do also add bolt no. 78 with nut no. 79 in the buttom of corner post no. 14. This will be used to attach the gables to base sill no. 30.

Attach one gable to the front. We recommend an additional pair of hands at this stage.	The nuts and bolts that are already added in the gable bars should now be pushed down into the gutter channel. If you experience any difficulty joining the gable and the gutter together try loosening the eaves gutter plate.

Now fasten the nuts and bolts	Now push the little knob found on part no. 86 into the gutter to hold the correct position.

The base sill no. 30 is now fastened to corner post no. 14 using the nut and bolt you have already slotted into the gable channel. If you experience any difficulty fastening the nut using the Juliana box spanner, try using an adjustable spanner.	Now the first gable is attached to the front.

The second gable is attached in the same way.	Now you can attach the diagonal brace no. 33 into the front.

Attach the top of the diagonal brace 33 to the corner post no. 14 and gutter no. 32 using the same nut and bolt that is already there.	Attach the bottom of the diagonal brace to the glazing bar no. 31 and base sill no. 30 using the same nut and bolt that is already there.

Slot bolt no. 78 and nut no. 79 into both gables. Add an extra nut and bolt in the side in which you wish to mount the window.	The ridge bar no. 50 is fixed to the gables using the nut and bolt already present.

Now the ridge bar i mounted.	Push the polycarbonate sheet N into the ridge bar and the gutter and then into the gable bar. Ensure that it is fixed firmly in the channels.

Slot bolts no. 78 and nuts no. 79 into the channel of the glazing bar no. 51.	Mount glazing bar no. 51 into the roof. Ensure that the polycarbonate sheet is pushed firmly into the channel of the glazing bars.

Attach the bottom end of the glazing bar no. 51 to the gutter no. 32.	Fasten the top end of the glazing bar no. 51 into the ridge bar no. 50.

Finally, push the polycarbonate sheet R firmly into the channels in the frame.
