Mounting the door

	Page 9 of the assembly instruction details how to mount the door. You will need the following: - 2 x door stile no. 60 - 3 x door rail no. 61 - 4 x door roller no. 62 - 6 x screws no. 77 (3,5 x 25) - 2 x polycarbonate sheets L

Position all of the parts on the floor ready to fix them together.	Each of the polycarbonate sheets is covered with a protective film to indicate which side faces outwards. It is important that you mount them correct way round as only one side is UV-protected. Remove the protective film.

Grease the screw no. 77 before screwing it together.	Screw door stile no. 60 to door rail no. 61 and attach the door roller no. 62. Screw the three parts together with screw no. 77 with the door roller "head" up.

An electric screwdriver will make this a lot easier.	Attach the door rail no. 61 in the middle with screw no. 77 (without the door roller).

Attach the last door rail no. 61 to the door stile no. 60 using screw no. 77 and door roller no. 62. Attach the door roller "legs" down as shown in the photo.	You should have mounted the door roller "heads" up at the opposite end.

Slot the polycarbonate sheet L into the doorframe. Push firmly into the channels as far as it can go.	Once the polycarbonate is in position, you can mount the door stile no. 60 with screw no. 77 and the door rolers no. 62. Remember to turn the door roller the same way on each side of the door.

Now the door is finished.
