Assembling a Mini greenhouse |

Whilst it is possible to assemble a Mini alone, it is prefarable to have two people. The assembly instructions are packed together with the frame compenents and fittings. Additional copies of the assembly instructions can be downloaded from our homepage under "Juliana Mini greenhouse". In the following we will describe the assembly of the Juliana Mini-2 by the help of pictures and text. Do you have the Mini-3 the procedure is almost the same. |

On page 6 of the assembly instruction you will find a glazing plan and parts list detailing the precise measurements of each of th polycarbonate sheets. Please note that the position of part 40 is marked with a line and the no. 40. We recommend that you check you have the correct polycarbonate sheets before you start to glaze your greenhouse. |

On page 7 of the assembly instructions you will find a complete parts list detailing everything you will need to assemble you greenhouse. If you are building the base yourself, you will need to refer to the base measurements given at the top of the page. If you are using a Juliana steel base, the assembly instructions will be delivered together with the base. Table 1 details all of the fittings included in the Mini-2 and Mini-3 (screws, bolts, mountings etc). Table 2 details all of the parts required for the assembly of your greenhouse frame. Some part carries a number which is either stamped into it or written on a sticker. The table shows a profile of each part which shows what each one looks like end on. It also tells you how long each part is, how many you should have and what number it is. We recommend that you check all of the parts before assembling your greenhouse. |
